Warsaw Trade Tower renews BREEAM In-Use certificate

Warsaw Trade Tower, the first skyscraper built in the capital’s Wola district, has renewed its BREEAM In-Use certificate. The skyscraper maintains a Very Good rating in the asset performance category. The certification process was carried out by Sentient, which was appointed by the building’s owner, Akron Investment Central Eastern Europe II, and its asset manager, Heitman. Designed by Wyszyński, Majewski, Hermanowicz and RTKL, Warsaw Trade Tower was built at the end of the 1990s. The scheme offers 42,000 sqm of class A office space, which is currently 92 percent leased, as well as 473 underground and surface parking spots. The building underwent modernization between 2015 and 2016.
