Ghelamco has initiated the WELL certification process for its Warsaw Unit project, which is currently underway in the capital’s business center. The property will be the first skyscraper in Poland to receive the prestigious certificate in its newest WELL v2 Core version. The 202-meter building will offer 57,000 sqm of modern office space on 45 floors. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2021.
