Waryński launches EQlibrium offices in Warsaw

The Polish investor Grupa Waryński is launching its first commercial project in Warsaw’s Wola district. Called EQlibrium, the office building will offer 10,500 sqm of space and 113 parking places. The investor has appointed Budimex to oversee construction, which is set begin in the middle of the month. The contract is worth PLN 56m. Completion is set for the first quarter of 2017. The project is expected to earn a BREEAM Very Good certificate. S.A.M.I. Architekci Mariusz Lewandowski i Wspólnicy designed the scheme.
