Watercrest Senior Living Group and United Properties have completed their latest senior living project in Naples, Florida. Watercrest Naples Assisted Living and Memory Care is a three-story, 128-unit facility. It houses 96 assisted-living and 32 memory-care units. Common amenities include a pool, salon, spa and restaurant-style dining, wellness programs and transportation services. Watercrest Naples is the first of two senior living projects developed by United Properties and Watercrest Senior Living Group. Their second one, Watercrest Sarasota Senior Living, is underway and slated for completion in 2020.
