Waters Romania, the software and engineering company operating in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries, signed a seven-year lease on 3,500 sqm in Building N1, which is currently under construction at Coresi Business Park. Waters Romania has been a tenant at Coresi Business Park since 2011.
Building N1, offering a total of 8,500 sqm, is part of the park’s second phase and is scheduled to be delivered in June. The second phase includes three low-height, class A office buildings, totaling 25,000 sqm. Building L1, offering 8,300 sqm, is fully leased. It was delivered in September. Buildings L1 and N1 are in the process of obtaining BREEAM Very Good certificates.
