Waypoint Residential has completed its Volaris Live Oak project in Sarasota, Florida. The scheme includes 300 residential units in six four-story buildings. There is a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom options, with floor plans ranging from 725 to 1,308 sq ft. Communal amenities include a resort-style pool, clubhouse, business center and Internet cafe. The project broke ground in the first quarter of 2018, and leasing started in January.
