Wayside Residential Services, based in Atlanta, has selected Summit Contracting Group to build a $37.1 million apartment project in Jacksonville. The new project will be located in the confines of the 1,000 acre master planned development of Tamaya, at 3050 Tamaya Blvd. The build out will include 14 buildings with 380 units totaling 527,464 sqf. Wayside bought the 30 acre site in March for $6.295 million. Construction is slated to begin this month on a project designed by architect Fugleberg Koch of Winter Park.
