Belgium logistics developer WDP is planning to build two BTS projects for Profi in Craiova and Timisoara. The warehouse in Craiova will cover 58,000 sqm. Operations are expected to start in the second quarter of 2021. The investment is valued at €33m. The Timisoara project, a 57,000 sqm distribution center, is scheduled for completion at the end of next year. That investment is valued at €38m. Profi has signed a 10-year lease on the properties.
