Belgian company WDP will build a 77,000 sqm logistics warehouse for the French retailer Auchan. The project will go up in northern Bucharest’s Stefanesti village. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2020. Auchan, which operates more than 50 grocery stores in several formats in Romania, is set to lease the new warehouse space for seven years. The investment amounts to €45m.
