The developer of logistics spaces WDP announced that it is in the process of finalizing transactions for the acquisition of land around Bucharest, but also that it has signed an agreement for the construction of a new warehouse.
“Considering the complete development of the parks in Ștefăneștii de Jos and Dragomirești, WDP is in the process of finalizing the acquisition of new land around Bucharest, worth EUR 10 million,” the company announced. In addition, WDP concluded an agreement for a new development of about 25,000 sqm in Transylvania, without mentioning the name of the tenant or the city. The investment for this project amounts to about EUR 19 million. The warehouse is fully leased, and its delivery will be made in the first quarter of 2022.
