In an investment worth €4m, WDP Development is planning to build a 7,000 sqm logistics project for Grupo Industrial Roquet, a Spanish manufacturer of hydraulic components, on the Romanian market. WDP Development Romania recently completed construction of two buildings offering a total of 10,000 sqm of logistics space. The company’s Romanian assets are worth approximately €26.6m. WDP officials said they plan to continue developing projects in the central and western part of the country.
