Belgian developer WDP has invested EUR 7 million in the 11,000 sqm industrial space it has built for the Swedish group Rosti. The building is located in Păuleşti near Ploieşti and was put into use in the second quarter of 2021.
The Swedish group Rosti used the space to set up a new injection molding factory for the automotive industry. The company announced at the end of 2020 that it wants to expand its production capacity in Romania, by building a new production facility, in addition to the one it already has, in Ploieşti West Park.
