The Belgian logistics space developer WDP is developing a 2,200 sqm project in Cluj County for the courier company FedEx. The investment is EUR 10 million, and FedEx will rent the space for a period of ten years. Delivery is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2021, according to the latest WDP financial report. The new project that WDP is doing comes in the context in which the courier industry has been among the most active in the last year. And in previous years the evolution has been good also. In 2020, the local courier market approached a value of about EUR 1 billion.
