WDP Romania has under construction warehouses with an area of over 180,000 sqm in several cities in the country. The investment in these deposits amounts to EUR 133 million. Most are due in the second quarter, according to the company’s financial data.
Thus, WDP will deliver a deposit of 3,700 sqm to Metro in Buzau, 25,000 sqm to Auchan in Calan, 12,000 sqm for Profi in Roman, 57,000 sqm also for Profi in Timisoara, but also an area of over 4,700 sqm at Ștefăneștii de Jos.
The developer has a local portfolio valued at EUR 936 million and a leasable area of 1.25 million sqm.
