Barry Weaver has joined Pennrose in the company’s property management executive team as vice president of operations. In his new role, Weaver will have property oversight responsibilities for eastern Pennsylvania and parts of New Jersey, which includes 60 properties and 3,500 units. Prior to joining the Philadelphia-based company, Weaver served as president of property management for Columbia Residential in Atlanta and has held executive positions with Westlake Housing and Volunteers of America. Weaver holds a master of public administration from the University of Colorado, Denver, and a bachelor in sociology and social welfare from Humboldt State University, Arcata, Calif.
