Webhelp’s development in Romania has seen them expand their operations in Bucharest by relocating into a new office building with the help of The Advisers/Knight Frank real estate consultancy. The BPO and outsourcing, French multinational company found the perfect match for their activities in the Victoria Square, in the Premium Plaza office building.
The expansion of Webhelp translated into leasing 1,400 sq m at the 1st and 2nd floors of the building which reaches roughly 8,600 sq m GLA, spread on 8 floors.

After having already moved into the 2nd floor in September, Webhelp will expand operations starting January 2014 by entering the 1st floor of Premium Plaza.
The Advisers/Knight Frank remain leader of the Romanian office market, with the biggest market share for year 2014, as well as in previous years, in the range of 30%.
