Wells Fargo is expanding its office space at the Wells Fargo Center with the building’s owner, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. Located in Miami’s center business district at 333 SE 2nd Ave., Wells Fargo signed on for an additional 54,160 sq ft. The bank now occupies 150,816 sq ft in the office tower. Wells Fargo will relocate its personal banking, small business banking, commercial banking and investment advisory services to Wells Fargo Center from Southeast Financial Center in November 2017. Wells Fargo Center is a LEED Gold-certified, 752,488 sq ft class A office tower developed in 2010. The 47-story building is the fifth tallest building in Florida and features 1,300 parking spaces, 24-hour security and a fiber optic telecommunications system.
