Wellkept Imobiliare started building a five-story office project on Nicolae Balcescu Avenue in downtown Bucharest. Called 17A Balcescu, the project is going up on a 333 sqm plot opposite Dalles Hall. In addition to offices, it will also include retail space in the basement, ground floor and mezzanine.
The building permit was approved in August, and construction is scheduled to take three years. Completion is set for November of 2015. Construction will be overseen by Comnord, which is owned by the businessman Sorin Creteanu.
Tatika Investments owns 90 percent of Wellkept Imobiliare, while Andei Bejenaru owns 10 percent.
