Israeli investor Shikun & Binui Group broke ground on a condominium in New Belgrade. The Wellport Housing Complex will include 500 furnished apartments. The first phase will deliver 95 units, with three more phases to follow. Costs are estimated at €130m. The project is going up next to the Airport City Belgrade business park. Designed by Rami Wimmer, the project will include underground parking and a private park. CBS International, part of Cushman & Wakefield, will be in charge of sales.
