Wendover Housing Partners has announced the firm has broke ground on Wellington Park, an affordable apartment community in the Orlando sub-market of Apopka. Located at the corner of Thompson Road and East 1st Street, the 120 unit community will be made up of one-, two- and three bedroom apartments. Amenities for the new development will include a swimming pool, playground, business center, fitness center and a car care facility. Construction of the project is slated for completion in November 2017.
