Werk Property Group will invest €30m to develop Vox Technology Park in Timisoara. The class A office project will offer 26,000 sqm of leasable space.
Delivery is scheduled for the end of next year. The scheme will include two buildings featuring several conference rooms, a restaurant, food court, cafe and a landscaped terrace on the top floor. There will also be space for bicycles, a gym, and ground-floor retail.
