OTP Property Investment Fund has acquired the West End Business Center (WEBC) in Budapest from an international investment consortium consisting of Wing, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and CC Real. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The building was developed in three phases and offers 31,500 sqm of office space on eight floors as well as underground parking. Situated on Váci street, WEBC is just across the street from the Western Railway Station which offers a connection to the Liszt Ferenc international airport. The office building is currently undergoing a refurbishment, which should be completed by the end of 2018.
