ING’s modern meeting place will be built in Wrocław’s West Gate, owned and managed by Globalworth. Agreement for an area of nearly 400 sq m. West Gate is now fully leased.
The meeting place of ING Bank Śląski will be on the ground floor of the building. It has been designed according to the latest concept, which is characterized by convenience and comfort for customers.
“Signing the contract is a double joy for us. Tenants of the office building and local residents will be able to use banking services in comfortable conditions, while we, as the owner and manager of the building, can boast a 100% rent rate,” said Weronika Maria Kuna, Asset Management & Leasing Manager at Globalworth Poland, responsible for the commercialization of retail and service space in the company’s office buildings.

West Gate is a modern office building with an area of 17,700 sqm, located in the north-west part of Wrocław. Thanks to the nearby ring road, the office building is perfectly connected with the city center.
