Société Générale has extended its lease at West Gate business Park in the west of Bucharest, concluding the agreement with the owner, Genesis Development. The tenant currently occupies 7,600 sqm in the park’s H2 building and has committed itself to the location until 2021. The deal follows other leasing successes for the owner, including contracts with Hewlett Packard, Yokogawa and Infineon in Novo Park. Genesis Development owns West Gate and Novo Park, a portfolio of 150,000 sqm class A office spaces certified BREEAM Very Good.
Other companies located in West Gate there are Dacia Renault, Siemens, Accenture, Panasonic, Alpha Bank, Carestream Health and Medicover. The 5-building, 75,000 sqm West Gate is located in the Militari neighborhood, close to Preciziei subway station.
