A fund managed by Westbrook Partners has bought an office complex on Rosenheimer Strasse in Munich’s Werksviertel quarter. The deal was closed in June. Westbrook Partners secured a €63m loan from pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank. The investment will include the total refurbishment of a 13-story office tower as well as tearing down and rebuilding adjacent buildings. The whole project will offer 21,500 sqm of usable area. Fiduciary Capital will act as project and asset manager.
