Wendover Housing Partners announced the opening of its newest development, the Weston Park apartment community. Located in the Orlando submarket of Longwood, the 208-unit property is adjacent to the City of Longwood’s SunRail Station. The $30 million development, which broke ground in December 2014, includes a parking structure, which is open to SunRail riders, as well as residents. Amenities include a luxury clubhouse, game room, dog park as well as concierge services. Rents for the one-, two- and three-bedroom units range between $953 and $1,460 per month.
