New York-based private equity firm Angelo, Gordon & Co. acquired the Westshore Corporate Center in Tampa for $28.2 million. The 169,619-square-foot building located at 600 N. Westshore Blvd is the corporate headquarters for Amscot Financial Inc. The seller, Orlando based real estate investment trust Parkway Properties Inc., bought the property in 2012 for $18.9 million.
