Westwing Home & Living Poland signed on for 1,000 sqm of office space at Spektrum Tower in Warsaw. Owner of Westwing.pl, the company is one of the fastest growing startups in Europe, with more than half a million users. The new tenant will move into the 280,000 sqm office building in March. Woodlark represented Westwing Home & Living Poland in the transaction.
“As we’re operating in the e-commerce sector, the advanced fiber-optic network Spektrum is offering was a key reason behind the decision to relocate our operations into the building,” says Tomasz Kasperski, founder and general director of Westwing Polska.
In an effort to reposition the project on Warsaw’s highly competitive office market, Europa Capital has started modernizing the project. The 122-meter office building is located on Twarda street, in the city’s CBD.
