Westwing has leased 4,000 sqm of warehouse space at the Hillwood & PHN Pruszków logistics park being developed just outside Warsaw by Hillwood and Polski Holding Nieruchomości. The tenant was represented by Colliers International. The park will offer 95,000 sqm in six buildings. Construction started at the beginning of the year. The first building in the complex, where Westwing leased space, is set for completion in September. “For the past several years we have observed among tenants a trend of warehouse relocation to zones closer to Warsaw. The main reason is the improvement of transport infrastructure. A new road network enables a quick connection to Warsaw, keeping lower rental rates. We are pleased to be able to support Westwing in choosing a new location that will contribute to its further development,” said Grzegorz Paluch, associate director of the industrial and logistics agency at Colliers International.
