WeWork will open its fifth Philadelphia work space in the fall. The company will occupy the seventh and eighth floors of the East Market development project, totaling 50,5014 sq ft. The expansion comes just two weeks after WeWork announced a new Washington, DC, location and a few months after the company opened its first Maryland space in February. “Market East is a hub of innovation and a hotbed for the growing ecosystem of creators and entrepreneurs in Philly, and WeWork is excited to be a part of it,” said Lex Miller, general manager of WeWork’s northeast and mid-Atlantic regions.
