Flexible workspace provider WeWork has leased 5,500 sqm in in Central Point project in Warsaw for its sixth Polish center. WeWork was represented by Cushman & Wakefield during the lease process of the building, which is being developed by Immobel. The project will ultimately offer 19,000 sqm of space, with 18,000 sqm of office space and 1,100 sqm of retail. Central Point Building was designed in cooperation with the Kazimierz and Fish Design Office and the American company Arquitectonica. Completion is scheduled for 2021.
