WeWork has leased 7,800 sqm of office space at Hanse Forum in Hamburg. Located at Axel-Springer-Platz 3, the space is the American company’s first location in the city. WeWork provides co-working space to entrepreneurs and freelancers. The landlord, Standard Life Investments Euro Club II, was advised by LPA Rechtsanwälte, while NAI Apollo and Völckers & Cie advised WeWork.
