WeWork, one of the largest co-working space operators, has pre-leased Matei Millo, an 8,000 sqm office project now being developed by Forte Partners. This is the largest lease to a co-working operator in Bucharest since the deal between Mindspace and Globalworth for 12,000 square meter of offices space at three locations: Globalworth Campus, City Offices and at Bucharest Tower Center.
