WeWork takes four floors at 115 Broadway in NYC

Capital Properties has signed a new lease for the fourth through seventh floors at 115 Broadway, with WeWork. The 22-story office complex known as Trinity Centre, was completed in 1907 and is located in the heart of Lower Manhattan, a few blocks from the new World Trade Center, Oculus retail complex and transportation hub. Other notable tenants in the one million square foot facility include GyroHSR, Rock Shrimp Productions, Champalimaud Design and Paperless Post at Trinity Centre. CBRE’s Adam Foster, Brad Gerla, Adam Leshowitz and Mike Rizzo represented the landlord during the transaction. “We believe the property’s central location and flexible floor design—as well as the building’s unique character and charm—will be a great addition to the WeWork family,” said Adam Foster, Executive Vice President at CBRE.
