Whirlpool Corporation has signed a lease on 5,600 sqm at the Nowa Fabryczna office building, currently underway in 艁贸d藕. The appliance manufacturer plans to open a shared services center, which will focus on the EMEA region. Whirlpool will relocate to the office building in July. JLL advised during the transaction process. Nowa Fabryczna is the first commercial building to be developed at Nowe Centrum 艁odzi in the vicinity of the Dworzec 艁贸d藕 Fabryczna railway station.The investment will offer a total of 21,500 sqm of leasable space on seven floors. There will also be underground parking for 210 cars. The building, to be delivered in the second half of this year, will be LEED Gold certified.
