White & Case law firm is taking 2,500 sqm of office space in Echoās flagship office tower Q22. The new tenant will move into the building at the end of 2017 to occupy the highest floors in the tower. JLL represented the tenant in the transaction. Marcin Studniarek, managing partner of White & Case in Poland said the new office is a part of the companyās plan to expand its Polish team in the coming years. Other tenants at Q22 include Deloitte, Allegro, Linklaters, William Demant, Boston Scientific, Citi Handlowy, Omni Office and Puro Hotels. Echo said it is in the process of renting the remaining 8,500 sqm of space in the building.
āWhite & Case had very specific expectations regarding its new offices. The building had to be elegant, exceptional and provide the opportunity for a unique arrangement of the office’s interiors. Such requirements were met by the top floors of Q22. However, in order to relocate to this building, it was necessary to slightly extend the lease on the firmās current office,ā said Jakub Sylwestrowicz, Head of Tenant Representation at JLL.
Located at the corner of Aleja Jana PawÅa II and Grzybowska Street, Q22 offers 53,000 sqm of lettable space, with 348 parking places in the building’s five-level underground parking lot.
