White Star Real Estate has purchased Liberty Technology Park in Cluj-Napoca from Fribourg Development. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The scheme offers 18,000 sqm in five class A buildings, with an additional 3 ha of land available for further development. This is White Star’s first project in Romania. The company was already active in the country through its property management division, which manages Lakeview, Charles de Gaulle Plaza, Victoria Center and Logicor.
