The Celebro office building on Gładka street in Warsaw has been topped off. The project by White Stone Development offers 7,200 sqm, including 1,000 sqm of service and retail space, on six floors. The cost of the investment was not disclosed. Kuryłowicz & Associates designed the property. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2019. Pre-leases have already been signed with and international company as well as a leader in the cosmetics sector, according to Adam Ambroziak, commercial investment director at White Stone.
