Who still has money for new homes?

Romanians would like to buy an apartment, but their financial possibilities are limited. Although they still want a residential home, they do not have money to buy them, according to a study by Proiecte.biz.

If in 2009, about 40 percent of those who wanted to buy a new house held sufficient cash to pay for an new apartment now, only a quarter of residential complexes customers have the necessary amounts.
