Wielkopolskie Biuro Planowania Przestrzennego has leased 720 sqm of office space at Kwadraciak, an office building neighboring Poznań’s landmark Okrąglak. The landlord was represented during the lease process by Savills, while the tenant was advised by Cushman & Wakefield. Okrąglak and Kwadraciak are located in the center of Poznań, at the corner of 27 grudnia and Seweryna Mielżyńskiego streets. Okrąglak was built in the late 1940s and early 1950s. Kwadraciak was completed in 2012 in conjunction with Okrąglak’s refurbishment. Both properties are owned by Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital. Savills is the leasing agent.
