Wilanów Office Park is growing in Warsaw

The extension works of Wilanów Office Park are moving forward on Warsaw’s Wilanów district, with buildings A and B3 scheduled to be completed at the beginning of this June. The extension will result in the total of 140,000 sqm of new office space to be delivered to the Warsaw district. According the the plan, 18 office buildings are to be delivered by the Polnord developer.

“This summer, two new facilities are to be added to the complex, A and B3 building, that are planned to expand the exciting B1 building, which will be fully occupied by Pol-Aqua,” said Michał Świerczyński. At the end of 2012, Asseco is expected to fill the entire A building, that’s been designed to meet the company’s requirements. There will be 1,200 employees working in the building with the total area of 40,000 sqm. The investment is estimated at PLN 120m.
