William Bucknell, managing director of Flow East Real Estate, has been named Chairman of the Board of the global property professional body RICS in the Czech Republic. The announcement
was the at the completion of a selection process for new board members. Bucknell said the group will work closely with universities to set up a local RICS accredited course for chartered surveyors.
