Meringoff Properties has announced the hiring of Willie Choi as a Vice President. In his new role, Choi will oversee 700,000 square feet of commercial real estate located in Manhattan. Prior to joining Meringoff, Choi served as property manager with the William Macklowe Company. Earlier, he worked for CBRE, the Related Companies and Shorenstein Realty Services. Choi graduated from Baruch College with a degree in Business Administration and is an active member of REBNY and BOMA. Jason Vacker of Meringoff Properties described Choic as “A consummate professional, creative and results-oriented, he has a stellar background in managing many distinguished properties. We are excited that he’s joining our team at a time when we are looking to expand our portfolio.”
