Manufacturer of pumping systems Wilo has leased 12,000 sqm of office space in the Kaiserhahn Campus located in Florianstrasse near Westfalenpark. The company is set to move into its new office space in 2015. The 14,000 sqm building will be refurbished and modernized by Ashtoh Properties Germany, the company which negotiated the lease on behalf of the owner. The broker of the transaction was BNP Paribas Real Estate.
