Wilson & Partners are pleased to have acted on behalf of REICO investiční společnost České spořitelny, a.s. (Reico) in connection with their acquisition of City Tower in Prague 4. The property was acquired from City Tower Holding a.s., a subsidiary of PPF. This is yet another high quality real estate asset that Reico have acquired this year making them one of the most prolific investors of 2016. The Wilsons team was led by Alan Spanvirt and Daniel Navratil. Commenting on the transaction, Alan said: “The deal was another great one to be involved in with Reico. It is a landmark building in Prague 4 and the tallest building in Prague, adding considerable value to the Reico fund.”
