Wilson & Partners has announced today the successful closing of the sale of the Karlovarska Business Park industrial facility; a light industrial and distribution park that adjoins the southern boundary of the Prague airport, and the new Prague ring-road junction. The exclusive tenant of the property is LINDAB.
Wilson & Partners was represented by one of its Partners, Alan Spanvirt, and lawyer Lenka Ondrova, who worked on behalf of Portland Trust and AREA to sell the space to an undisclosed buyer. This is the third major real estate transaction that Wilson & Partners has brokered in the last three months, and the fifth for Mr. Spanvirt this year. The entire transaction took only a few months to complete.
