Wilson & Partners has announced the addition of two new koncipients to its Prague office; Denisa Nováková and Lucie Hlavová.
Denisa Nováková joins Wilson & Partners as a koncipient after completing two years working in the same position at two other local firms in Prague. Whilst building her legal experience she has been specializing in corporate law, real estate, contract law, litigation and public procurement and she has participated in a number of projects relating to mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and other key projects and transactions involving demergers and acquisitions.
Before obtaining her law degree at Charles University in Prague, Denisa received a Certificate of Higher Education in Legal Studies from the Cardiff University in Wales, United Kingdom, and worked in various companies to gain more legal experience, as well as improving her English language in which she is now fluent.
When she is not working, Denisa enjoys dancing, playing tennis and travelling.
Lucie Hlavová has also joined Wilson & Partners as a koncipient, having previously gained two and half years’ experience at a local law firm while, at the same time, she also worked as General Secretary of the Czech Association of Football Players. Within those two positions, she specialized in civil and commercial law, insolvency, labor and sports law. Before that, she worked for almost two years in the law department of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic, as well as a law trainee in other firms and state offices whilst completing her studies at the Charles University in Prague.
Lucie spent two years studying in Germany at Passau University and Goethe University in Frankfurt, where she obtained her LL.M. postgraduate law degree. In addition to her native Czech, she is also fluent in German and English and speaks some Spanish. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, sport, film, theatre and cooking.
