Wilson & Partners arrives at MIPIM this year buoyed by closings at the end of 2012, a good start to 2013. Wilson & Partners were involved in the top three office transactions of the second half of 2012 acting for Deka (City Green Court), ImmoFinanz (BB Centrum Building C) and for CTP on its acquisition of the WDP portfolio.
This year, moreover, the company’s already acted for Invesco in its acquisition of Stara Celnice and for First Title on two title insurance financings. And despite the slow banking sector, this year it’s already been involved in refinancing one property company and in development finance for PasserInvest Group’s Building G at BB Centrum. At MIPIM, says company founder Bryan Wilson, “we’re intrigued by several meetings with clients interested in entering the Czech market as investors. Whether the lack of core Czech product proves to be a barrier remains to be seen.”
