Wilsons has acted on behalf of REICO investičnà společnost České spořitelny in connection with their acquisition of Park One – the Amazon Headquarters in Bratislava. The investment volume of the acquisition of the ČS real estate fund was approximately EUR 35.5 mil. The property was acquired from the private investment company Falcon II Fund. The Wilsons team was led by Alan Španvirt, Peter Gruca and Monika Kajanková. Commenting on the transaction, Peter Gruca said “This is another high profile transaction that Wilsons have undertaken for REICO in Slovakia further demonstrating the increased demand for quality product in Bratislava by quality investors.”
Park One is an office building located in the centre of the Old Town (Námestie 1. Mája), ranking among the most favourable office areas in Bratislava.
