Wilsons has acted on behalf of REICO investiÄnĆ spoleÄnost ÄeskĆ© spoÅitelny in connection with their acquisition of Park One ā the Amazon Headquarters in Bratislava. The investment volume of the acquisition of the ÄS real estate fund was approximately EUR 35.5 mil. The property was acquired from the private investment company Falcon II Fund. The Wilsons team was led by Alan Å panvirt, Peter Gruca and Monika KajankovĆ”.
