Wilsons are pleased to announce the closing by REICO of its acquisition of a newly built logistics park in Dubnica nad Vahom, Slovakia. The acquisition was of a roughly cca 90,000 GLA asset whose major tenants are Continental, Lidl and Heineken. The volume of the transaction between REICO and the vendor Invest4See was approximately CZK 990 mil. Wilsons (Alan Španvirt, Peter Gruca, Monika Kajanková, Zuzana Búry and Juraj Piatka) acted for REICO in the transaction. Commenting on the deal, Alan Španvirt said “this was an extremely complicated transaction to acquire the newly built logistics property which included many interesting legal nuances. REICO were a great client to work with again and this is a fantastic addition to their strong portfolio.”
